“Strength is not in how much you endure, but in what you build after every trial.” — A.M.A.

The field is like a blank canvas that gradually transforms into a green sea of life. At the beginning, it looks modest – long rows of tiny seedlings barely holding onto the soil. Yet behind each one lies effort, hours of labor, and the hope for a successful season.

Machines set the foundation, but it is human hands and persistence that complete the picture. Row after row, the field fills with small green plants, each carrying the potential to grow into a fresh, healthy lettuce. The work is daily, demanding attention to every detail.

The greatest challenge was not the field itself, but the people. Everyone arrives with their own story, character, and habits. Building a team took time, sometimes even more effort than planting itself. Yet this is what leaves the strongest memories – how different individuals eventually find a common rhythm in the same field.

From fragile roots in the soil to full rows of grown plants – the process is slow and requires patience. Day by day, nature reflects the results of the work invested. The season has come to an end, leaving behind lessons, challenges overcome, and a sense of fulfillment.

The field is green now, and I am grateful that part of this journey is already behind me.

I believe that every experience, even the toughest one, carries value. Seasonal work is only one step in a bigger journey – toward knowledge, personal growth, and a future where I want to combine the hard work of the fields with the scientific and professional world.
